JWV Music account & data deletion

Delete your JWV Music account and associated data

Sign in on the website, open Settings, choose Miscellaneous, and select Delete your Vault account. Complete the same-account identity check shown there. This immediately deactivates your JWV Music account and signs it out.

Request account deletion without signing in

Email Vault Legal from the email address associated with the account. Use the subject "JWV Music Account Deletion Request" and include the account username or display name if known. Do not send your password, access token, or other secret credentials. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership.

Delete specific JWV Music data without deleting your account

Email Vault Legal from the email address associated with the account. Use the subject "JWV Music Data Deletion Request" and identify the data you want deleted, such as profile, playlist, library, listening-history, or social data. We may verify account ownership before processing the request. Data required to provide or secure an active account may require closing the account instead.

What happens after account deletion starts

• The JWV Music account is removed from active Juice WRLD Vault surfaces and signed out.
• A seven-day reactivation period begins, during which account information remains private and a login can restore the account if deletion was accidental.
• If there is no reactivation, permanent deletion is queued after that period and processed automatically. Operational retries may delay final completion.
• Account-linked profile, library, playlist, social, listening, authentication, and settings data is deleted or de-identified.
• Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, rights disputes, or enforcement integrity. Retained records are not kept as an active account.
