Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using Juice WRLD Vault, including the website, player, profiles, playlists, listening features, awards, upload tools, admin tools, and any related features that link to these Terms.

By using the service, creating an account, uploading content, saving songs, creating playlists, joining listening rooms, or otherwise interacting with Juice WRLD Vault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Juice WRLD Vault is a fan-built archive and music discovery experience. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Juice WRLD, Jarad Higgins, Grade A Productions, Interscope Records, Universal Music Group, any estate, label, distributor, publisher, rights holder, artist representative, or trademark owner.

Names, song titles, artwork, marks, and references may belong to their respective owners. Use of those references is intended for identification, archival, commentary, cataloging, or community purposes only and does not imply ownership, sponsorship, approval, or a commercial relationship.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Juice WRLD Vault. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for making sure that the information you provide is accurate enough for account, support, moderation, and legal notices.

• Do not create an account for someone else without permission.
• Do not sell, transfer, share, or lease access to your account.
• Do not impersonate another person, staff member, rights holder, artist, label, or organization.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.

Juice WRLD Vault may let users browse music entries, stream audio, save liked songs, create playlists, use profile features, join Listen Along rooms, view online members, download available files, receive awards, and use tools available to staff or administrators.

Features may be experimental, may change without notice, and may be limited, suspended, or removed at any time. The service is provided as an evolving archive and community tool, not as a guaranteed permanent storage service or commercial music distribution platform.

The service may display music files, metadata, cover art, descriptions, source references, user-created playlists, profile content, comments or other materials. Content may come from uploads, public sources, user submissions, archival indexing, or administrative curation.

You understand that content availability can change. Content may be removed, restricted, renamed, retagged, converted, replaced, or hidden when needed for copyright, legal, security, quality, policy, or technical reasons.

If you upload, submit, import, link, name, tag, describe, or otherwise provide content to the service, you are responsible for that content and for having all rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority needed to provide it.

Submitting content does not transfer ownership to Juice WRLD Vault. However, you grant Juice WRLD Vault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transcode, display, perform, distribute, make available, moderate, remove, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

• Do not upload or submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Do not upload malware, trackers, exploit code, corrupted files, or content intended to interfere with the site.
• Do not submit false metadata, fake ownership claims, misleading takedown notices, or content designed to evade moderation.
• Do not use the service to distribute content in violation of law, court order, sanctions rules, or platform policy.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Juice WRLD Vault is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell access, mass-download for redistribution, operate a competing mirror, scrape at high volume, or use the service as a commercial source of music files, metadata, artwork, or user data.

Downloading a file from the service does not grant you ownership of that file or any license from a rights holder. You are responsible for how you use any content after accessing it.

You agree to use Juice WRLD Vault lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not harm the service, its users, its staff, or third parties.

• Do not harass, threaten, abuse, dox, exploit, stalk, or target other users or staff.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, staff tools, rate limits, access controls, bans, moderation, or security systems.
• Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, scrape aggressively, automate abusive requests, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not collect user information, IP addresses, account details, profile data, or online-status data for unauthorized purposes.
• Do not use the service to distribute spam, scams, illegal content, sexually explicit content involving minors, hateful conduct, malware, or content that creates legal or safety risk.

Ranks, awards, profile badges, staff actions, member management tools, and admin features are part of the service experience and may be changed, corrected, revoked, or removed when needed.

Staff and administrators may review account activity, technical traces, uploads, awards, reports, and content when needed for support, security, moderation, legal compliance, or service integrity. Staff access is limited by role and may be audited or restricted.

Juice WRLD Vault respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, use the Copyright / DMCA Policy to send a notice with the required information.

The service may remove or disable access to content in response to copyright notices, legal demands, rights-holder requests, red-flag infringement issues, repeated infringement, or other legal risk. Accounts responsible for repeated or serious infringement may be suspended or terminated.

The Privacy Policy explains how Juice WRLD Vault collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects account, profile, device, presence, and technical information. By using the service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database services, storage, content delivery, analytics, security, image optimization, email, or other infrastructure. Those providers may process information as needed to operate the service.

Juice WRLD Vault is not responsible for third-party websites, APIs, file sources, links, embeds, or services that are not controlled by Juice WRLD Vault. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service or specific features at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused the service, infringed rights, or otherwise harmed the platform or its users.

We may also remove content, hide profiles, revoke awards, disable downloads, restrict uploads, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juice WRLD Vault disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, error-free, current, complete, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee that content will remain available, that downloads will work for every file, or that metadata is complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juice WRLD Vault and its operators, staff, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, content, account access, or service availability arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Juice WRLD Vault and its operators, staff, contributors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court or law requires a different venue or law for a particular claim, that requirement controls for that claim only.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally, unless the law requires otherwise or the matter involves urgent intellectual property, safety, or security concerns.

We may update these Terms as the service changes or as legal, security, or operational needs require. The updated date will show when the Terms were last revised. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
