This Privacy Policy explains how Juice WRLD Vault collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the website, player, account features, profiles, playlists, awards, online presence, Listen Along, upload tools, admin tools, downloads, and related services.

This policy applies to information handled by Juice WRLD Vault. It does not control third-party websites, APIs, file sources, links, embeds, or services that are not operated by Juice WRLD Vault.

We collect information you choose to provide directly through the service. The exact information depends on how you use the site and which features you access.

• Account information, such as email address, authentication identifiers, display name, username, UID, rank, and profile settings.
• Profile information, such as avatar, banner, bio, public profile details, awards, badges, profile links, and display preferences.
• Content and library activity, such as liked songs, playlists, playlist names, saved items, uploads, imports, metadata, source notes, and user-created organization of songs.
• Communications, such as legal requests, support messages, copyright notices, counter-notices, account questions, moderation reports, and related correspondence.
• Administrative inputs, such as award grants, rank edits, UID updates, download settings, and member-management actions made by authorized staff.

When you use the service, we and our infrastructure providers may automatically collect technical and usage information needed to keep the site working, secure, and abuse-resistant.

• Device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, user agent, screen or client information, and general technical diagnostics.
• Network and log information, such as IP address, request time, pages or routes requested, response status, referrer, error logs, and security signals.
• Presence and activity information, such as online status, last online time, session heartbeat, listening-room status, and related timestamps.
• Approximate location signals inferred from IP address or service-provider logs. We do not need precise GPS location to operate the service.

For registered members, Juice WRLD Vault may keep backend traces such as IP address, device/browser details, approximate location signals, user identifiers, and timestamps. These traces are used for account security, abuse prevention, support, moderation, troubleshooting, legal review, and protecting the service.

Access to backend traces is limited to authorized roles and service operators who need the information for those purposes. These traces are not intended to be displayed publicly.

We use information to provide and improve the service, operate account and music features, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.

• Authenticate users, maintain sessions, recover accounts, and prevent stale or unauthorized access.
• Provide profiles, playlists, liked songs, awards, online presence, Listen Along, downloads, uploads, search, and playback features.
• Moderate content, investigate abuse, enforce Terms, respond to support requests, and protect users and staff.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to spam, scraping, rate-limit abuse, malware, fraud, security incidents, and unauthorized access.
• Process legal, privacy, copyright, DMCA, takedown, counter-notice, and rights-holder requests.
• Debug errors, measure site performance, maintain infrastructure, improve reliability, and verify that features work correctly.

Some account and profile information may be visible to other users or the public depending on the feature. This may include display name, avatar, banner, bio, UID, awards, profile links, playlists you make public, online status, and other profile elements.

Do not add information to your profile or playlists that you do not want others to see. Public profile information may be cached, indexed, copied, screenshotted, or otherwise stored by others outside our control.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share or disclose information when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights, or support users.

• Service providers that help operate the site, such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, content delivery, security, logging, analytics, and infrastructure providers.
• Legal and safety recipients, such as rights holders, alleged infringers, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law or when needed to process legal requests.
• Staff and authorized operators who need access for support, moderation, awards, security, legal review, or site administration.
• Successors or administrators if the service is reorganized, transferred, merged, or otherwise moved to a different operating structure.

The service uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for login, session continuity, security, playback, preferences, and feature state. Removing cookies or local storage may log you out, reset preferences, interrupt playback, or make some features unavailable.

Some infrastructure providers may use logs or security technologies to protect the site from abuse, attacks, and automated traffic.

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, support user features, preserve security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce Terms, and maintain accurate records.

Retention periods vary by data type. Account and profile information may remain while the account exists. Security logs and backend traces may be kept for a reasonable operational period. Legal, copyright, moderation, and abuse records may be kept longer when needed to protect rights, comply with law, or document enforcement decisions.

You can control some information directly through account, profile, playlist, and settings features. You may also contact us to request help with account access, profile changes, privacy questions, or deletion requests.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about how your personal information is used and shared. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
